ADOBO CHICKEN


Ingredients

One chicken regular size
One cupwhite vinegar

two clove garlic minced,

one bay leaf, two cups water,

one slice of lemon,

one teaspoon brown sugar


Cut the chicken into regular pieces. Marinate with salt, minced garlic, black papper, one teaspoon brown sugar for one hour.

Put the above into a kettle or a wok. Put all the above seasoning. let it simmer until the chicken is tenter and the liquid has practically evaporated. add some soya sauce. according to taste. You may add coconut milk summer fo few minutes.


ADOBONG PUSIT (SQUID)

Ingredients


One kilo squids (Medium size)

Six cloves garlic, minced

One medium sized onion, sliced

One cup of white vinegar

two cups water

one cup of chicken broth ,

2 tablespoon cooking oil

two large tomatoes, sliced


marinate the squids, with the above ingredients, add salts, soya sauce, papper and sliced of lemon. (according to taste)

Put squids with 2 cups of water into a kettle or a wok, cover and cook slowly until the squids are tender drain the water. Add oil into the kettle (wok) fry the sliced onion, garlic minced. then add the tomatoes. Add the tender squids and continue to cook. Add chicken broth, season with the above simmer for few minutes.
Serve while hot with rice
